This series of well type gas rapid nitriding furnace is a periodic homework furnace. The well type gas nitriding furnace is mainly used for soft nitriding treatment of materials such as carbon steel, cast iron, and powder metallurgy.
 
Introduction to the structure of a well type gas nitriding furnace:
 
This series of nitriding furnaces consists of three departments: furnace body, gas control cabinet, and electrical control.
 
The furnace body department mainly consists of a composite furnace lining composed of energy-saving ultra-light refractory bricks, silicon steel aluminum fibers, and high-quality insulation materials, including the furnace shell and lining. The furnace tank is welded with high-strength heat-resistant plates; There is a strong stirring fan on the furnace cover, and each gas pipeline interface is connected with a quick conversion joint for convenient and fast use. The exhaust pipe is equipped with a combustion exhaust device and a side connected U-shaped pressure gauge interface; There is also a thermocouple on the furnace cover to detect the temperature inside the tank. The super lifting of the furnace cover is carried out by the workshop crane (users can customize two furnace tanks and furnace covers according to the production situation for semi continuous production)
 
The air control cabinet is equipped with various components such as flow meters, air control valves, and drying tanks.
 
The electrical control department mainly includes three departments: temperature control, control, and pneumatic control. The temperature control adopts a Japanese imported island electricity meter and thyristor for PID control, and is equipped with a recorder to complete the process curve, and can provide an over temperature alarm; The operation adopts buttons and light display to achieve control over the operation of the fan, the on-off of the heater, and other functions.
